Company Introduction

Dear Sir/Madam.
I represent an Italian company trading in electronics with branches in Milan and Siena.
We import electronic products (PC/Desktops PC/LCD monitors/Digital cameras) and NOTEBOOKS in particular that we sell it directly to the Italian market.

We are looking for notebooks with the following main characteristics:
Pentium III/IV, RAM 128/256 MB DDA, CD, Floppy, Modem, HD 10 GB, Italian keyboard (qwerty), 220
and I hope you can help me finding NOTEBOOKS with such characteristics

Since price is the most important element (over brand and model) we are strongly interested also in not branded pc

In order to start doing business with potential partners we need to understand the following questions about Product characteristics, Order and Delivery and Payment:

PRODUCT
1. Main characteristic (in terms of Microprocessor, Ram, Hard disk etc.) brand, model and price of your notebooks
2. If there is an instruction book with the product and if it is possible to have it translated in Italian
3. If the product come with any warranty and, if so, how is it long and what does it cover. Is it possible to have copy of policy?
4. Italian keyboard (QWERTY) and 220 AC are a must. Please specify if is it possible to you have it

ORDER and DELIVERY
1. What is the minimum quantity of purchase
2. What methods of delivery you offer. Could you arrange the delivery to Italy (Milan)?
3. What the cost of delivery is and how it changes according to quantity ordered
4. How long it takes from order to delivery
5. I would be interested in receiving a sample of your product. Please tell me if it is possible

PAYMENT
1. What method of payment do you accept
